Last week Dolomit had the privilege of meeting the student cohort of the Harvard Summer Program “Beauty, Leadership, and Innovation”.
Thanks to the program coordinator, Prof. Francesco Erspamer, on July 5 we offered a day-long experience in the Brenta Dolomites, where we introduced students to the specificities of the Alps and Trentino.
Malga Tovre, a common-property alpine pastoralism facility that overlooks Lake Molveno, was an ideal location to taste centuries-old traditions – also quite literally, thanks to delicious cheese samples! – and observe the daily efforts that willing people put into making these highlands a welcoming and sustainable place.
