It has been quite an adventure: between mid October and the first week of November, Dolomit staff embarked in a 4,000-mile road trip, crossing the endless Great Plains from Chicago (IL) to Norman (OK), heading east to historical Savannah (GA), and stopping by at the stunning city of Cincinnati (OH), before returning to the Windy City. This was much more than a simple travel across a good portion of the United States: ut was our very first promotional tour in the US!

Dolomit exhibited at four regional conferences of NAFSA, the Association of International Educators, whose fundamental goal is to facilitate the personal and intellectual growth of students in the context of global education. The well-organized conferences of NAFSA Regions III, V, VI and VII gave us the opportunity to talk about Dolomit’s mission and values; to introduce the US audience to Trentino, our homeland, a real gem in the Northeast of Italy; and, more important, to meet many passionate educators who shared with us their views and expertise.

To sum up, this has been a great learning experience for us, and we will surely repeat it in the future!
